Firstly can we say a massive thank you to all you lovely people who have supported us since reopening it has been phenomenal 🍻🍷

Due to the new restrictions, from Thursday 24th September announced by The P.M for the pub industry.

We will have to implement some changes

. All customers must have left the pub by 10pm

. All customers must wear face coverings when not seated in pubs – on entering, walking to your table, toilets or walking outside to have a cigarette

. Table service only

. Tables of 6 only & no mingling between tables

Please be understanding and patient with all our hardworking staff who will work with us to ensure these instructions are followed.

These are hard and difficult times for everyone but please be mindful these are laws that have been brought in not by ourselves but by the government

Brunswick Group Reopening Statement

Here at the Brunswick Group we are committed to your and our staff safety at all times and would kindly ask you to observe a few changes we have had to bring in with regard to the operation of our pubs at The Brunswick in Derby and Dead Poets in Holbrook.

Firstly we would like to point out that there is less capacity in each pub so a reservation service is available to ensure we do not disappoint many people. Telephone or email brunswickderby@aol.com (Brunswick) or deadgoodpubs@gmail.com (Dead Poets) with your time, date and party size to book.

We have a few guidelines to hopefully make things a little more relaxed for all of us. Some will work straightaway, others we may need to evolve over time, but can we ask you to be patient as we all learn how to live with a new normal.

1/ We can’t permit children under 16 for the first few weeks until things settle.

2/ Please register your lead name of your party upon arrival, for Track & Trace.

3/ Dogs must be kept on a close lead while in the pub.

4/ No ‘vertical’ drinking during your visit, we will allocate a table for your group.

5/ Car Park at the Dead Poets and Brunswick is restricted to allow maximum outdoor spacing. Entrance is front door only please.

6/ Keep your social distancing & use hand sanitizer throughout your visit please.

7/ If you feel unwell please isolate and do not come to the pub.

Let’s all enjoy a pint in a great, safe atmosphere.

Thank you in advance for your patience.
